Det inneb\u00e4r att jag undviker r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt och mestadels kyckling, men \u00e4ter \u00e4gg, fisk och skaldjur. Jag \u00e4ter heller inte gluten eller laktos till vardags. Sen blir man s\u00e5klart bjuden p\u00e5 en k\u00f6ttbit eller br\u00f6dbit d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 och ibland s\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag det men f\u00f6redrar att undvika det! Jag \u00e4r inte manisk utan vet bara vad min kropp m\u00e5r b\u00e4st utav.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4ter allts\u00e5 s\u00e5 naturlig och oprocessad mat som m\u00f6jligt. S\u00e5 ekologiskt jag kan beroende vad som g\u00e5r att f\u00e5 tag i. Ligger dagligen p\u00e5 ca 75% basiska r\u00e5varor (oraffinerade r\u00e5varor, frukt och gr\u00f6nt) och 25% sura r\u00e5varor (fisk,\u00e4gg,s\u00e4d).<\/p>\n<p>OMEGA 3:<\/p>\n<p>Omega 3 beh\u00f6ver man inte f\u00e5 via fisk. Jag f\u00e5r det \u00e4ven fr\u00e5n exempelvis linfr\u00f6n, chia och hampafr\u00f6n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PROTEIN:<\/p>\n<p>Protein f\u00e5r jag via fisk, \u00e4gg, quinoa, alger, n\u00f6tter, hampa, chia etc.<\/p>\n<p>Har ni fler fr\u00e5gor kring min kost s\u00e5 \u00e4r ni v\u00e4lkomna att fr\u00e5ga \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Jag har valt att till 90% leva som en semi vegetarian.
