Nu blir det prommiiis.<\/p>\n<p>Tankte g&aring; ett 12km sp&aring;r om jag hinner, annars kortar jag av det till 8km:)<\/p>\n<p>Ig&aring;rkvall nar jag tog min kvallsl&oslash;ptur s&aring; kande jag av lite i mitt kna (som jag skadade for ca &frac12;&aring;r sedan i skidolycka) s&aring; m&aring;ste kanna av idag om det sitter kvar. Is&aring;f blir det vila!<\/p>\n<p>Det har lakt bra och allt, men slog i det for n&aring;gra dagar sedan och vet inte om det ar inbillning men har haft ont sedan dess.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>KRAAM!
