Perfekt om du som jag vill &ouml;ka proteinintag men &auml;ven om du &auml;r p&aring; diet eller h&aring;rdtr&auml;ning.<\/p>\n<p>Jag blandar min med vatten,banan och\/eller b&auml;r. Det &auml;r lite olika, men jag k&ouml;r alltid vatten och proteinpulvret som grund.<\/p>\n<p>Jag v&auml;ntar sedan ca 30mintuer, och sedan &auml;ter jag frukost p&aring; det.
