Varenda trappa tog s&aring; mycket p&aring; krafterna. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tr&auml;ningsv&auml;rk fr&aring;n g&aring;rdagens biceps\/triceps\/axel pass s&aring; varje l&ouml;psteg sved i armarna och benen krampade. haha. Men runt skulle jag:) men min kropp f&ouml;rtj&auml;nar verkligen en vilodag imorn.<\/p>\n<p>Har precis f&aring;tt i mig proteindrinken och snart blir det frukost. Det var det enda jag s&aring;g fram emot idag p&aring; tr&auml;ningen.
