M&aring;nga undrar vad jag &auml;ter, och n&aring;gra trodde att den lilla gr&ouml;ten var det enda jag &aring;t p&aring; morgonen. hehe. D&aring; har ni fel kan jag s&auml;ga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Det varierar men s&aring;h&auml;r kan en frukost se ut for mig p&aring; morgonen efter tr&auml;ning.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-1 proteindrink, 1banan, b&auml;r<\/p>\n<p>-tillskott och vitaminer<\/p>\n<p>-4-5&auml;ggvitor<\/p>\n<p>-1portion gr&ouml;t\/bovete med b&auml;r n&ouml;tter och frukt.<\/p>\n<p>Som sagt jag &auml;r alltid j&auml;ttehungrig och speciellt nu n&auml;r jag b&ouml;rjar tr&auml;na mer &auml;n vad jag g&ouml;r under sommaren.
