Idag stod klockan p&aring; 56min och pulsen l&aring;g runt 175-185 n&auml;stan hela v&auml;gen! yihaaa! Det &auml;r s&aring; sk&ouml;nt att pressa sig sj&auml;lv till toppen!<\/p>\n<p>Jag undrar vad jag skulle springa p&aring; en vanlig 10km runda utan massa branta trappor och branta backar. M&aring;ste prova n&aring;gon dag.
