DOCK kan jag tycka om att pusha kroppen liite h&aring;rdare inf&ouml;r bikini s&auml;songen d&aring; det &auml;r tr&aring;kigt att ligga p&aring; samma vikt hela tiden. Man vill ju helt enkelt g&ouml;ra f&ouml;rb&auml;ttringar. Mitt m&aring;l &auml;r allts&aring; inte att bli speciellt mkt smalare utan bara h&aring;rdare i kroppen men samtidigt inte tappa muskler. Jag ligger d&auml;rf&ouml;r ganska h&ouml;gt p&aring; maten, h&ouml;gt p&aring; kolhydrater (just nu).
