H&auml;rligt! Startade med 30min pilates, och efter&aring;t fick det bli 6km l&ouml;pning i h&uml;got tempo. Svetten bara rann! S&aring; harligt efter&aring;t n&auml;r man verkligen ger j&auml;rnet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker ocks&aring; om att k&ouml;ra l&auml;ngre rundor i medeltempo, men jag orkar inte riktigt h&aring;lla ig&aring;ng i detta tempo i en timme &auml;nnu. H&ouml;gt tempo f&ouml;r mig &auml;r mellan 15-16km\/h och medeltempo &auml;r runt 12-14km\/h. Jogging f&ouml;r mig &auml;r inte l&ouml;pning men &auml;ven det en bra tr&auml;ning d&aring; och d&aring;. D&aring; tycker jag man ska ligga runt 9-11km\/tim.<\/p>\n<p>Detta &auml;r allts&aring; vad JAG anser:)<\/p>\n<p>&Aring;t precis en god frukost best&aring;ende av gr&ouml;t, kesella, b&auml;r och kanel!
