Jag brukar l&auml;gga in intervall tr&auml;ning som ca 3 pass av mina 7-8konditionspass i veckan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag t&auml;nkte l&auml;gga upp en &#8221;l&auml;ttare&#8221; och en f&ouml;r er lite mer avancerade. Alla mina l&auml;sare &auml;r ju inte p&aring; samma niv&aring;, och alla kanske inte tr&auml;nar lite mycket som jag eller n&aring;gon annan g&ouml;r:)<\/p>\n<p>N&auml;r jag hade haft paus i 2veckor s&aring; startade jag med denna. Den &auml;r jobbig s&aring;klart, men en bra komma ig&aring;ng intervall. Dessa 2 &auml;r anpassade f&ouml;r ett l&ouml;pband.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Totalt 45min<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10min 8km\/h med 10% lutning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10min 12km\/h med 0% lutning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5min 8km\/h med 4% lutning&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10min 12km\/h med 0% lutning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10min 6km\/h med 10% lutning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag &auml;lskar denna intervalltr&auml;ning som &auml;r lite annorlunda. Det &auml;r verkligen en chock f&ouml;r kroppen n&auml;r den tvingas hoppa s&aring; mycket i pulsen. Den &auml;r kortare &auml;n den f&ouml;rsta men v&auml;ldigt intensiv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Totalt 30min<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Uppv&auml;rmning 5min<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3min jogging p&aring; 11km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1min p&aring; 7km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3min p&aring; 12km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1min p&aring; 7km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3min p&aring; 13km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1min p&aring; 7km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2min p&aring; 14km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1min p&aring; 7km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2min p&aring; 15km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1min p&aring; 7km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2min p&aring; 16km\/h (om du klarar det, annar kan du k&ouml;ra 15 igen)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5min nedvarvning.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag kan ocks&aring; l&auml;gga in mina rekord i andra exempel om ni vill.
