P&aring; helgerna s&aring; brukar jag sl&auml;ppa lite extra p&aring; snacksfronten och &auml;ta b&aring;de godis och chips p&aring; fredagskv&auml;llen. Det &auml;r viktigt tycker jag. Kroppen m&aring;r inte bra av alla dessa dieter som alla g&aring;r p&aring;(och &auml;ven jag har g&aring;tt p&aring;). Man ska &auml;ta vad man k&auml;nner n&auml;r man k&auml;nner f&ouml;r det, MEN MED M&Aring;TTA s&aring;klart. Jag har en dag p&aring; helgen n&auml;r jag &auml;ter lite mer gott &auml;n vanligt.<\/p>\n<p>S&aring; p&aring; m&aring;ndagmorgonen s&aring; brukar magen vara lite svullen.
