Mina ben &auml;r spaghetti nu! 30min intervall styrka och 30min f&ouml;rbr&auml;nning efter det. Nu sitter jag h&auml;r och vr&auml;ker i mig en frukost. Blir alltid s&aring; sjukt hungrig efter tr&auml;ning. Blev lite irriterad n&auml;r jag kom upp och skulle g&ouml;ra frukost och s&aring;g att havregrynen var slut(!) men det fick bli mackor med &auml;gg,keso,kalkon och avocado ist:)<span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lovely morgontr&auml;ning.
