N&auml;sta vecka t&auml;nkte jag ev prova p&aring; att k&ouml;ra 10km i samma takt dvs hamna runt 40min.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag har f&ouml;rresten en GRYM RUMPtr&auml;nings&ouml;vning att tipsa er om som har trappor hemma. Vi har 20trappor hemma och jag brukar k&ouml;ra jump squats uppf&ouml;r dem. Grym rump tr&auml;ning! Vad som &auml;r viktigt &auml;r att ni inte l&auml;gger vikten i kn&auml;na utan i h&auml;len och bak&aring;t. Man ska ner i hela squaten och n&auml;stan toucha med rumpan i trappen.
