Mitt tricks &auml;r att inte vila f&ouml;r l&auml;nge utan bara s&aring; du f&aring;r ner pulsen till runt 60-70%.<\/p>\n<p>Idag k&ouml;rde jag s&aring;h&auml;r:<\/p>\n<p>10min : 80%-maxpuls&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1min: &gt;70<\/p>\n<p>5min: 80%-maxpuls<\/p>\n<p>1min: &gt;70%<\/p>\n<p>5min: 80%-maxpuls<\/p>\n<p>1min:&nbsp;&gt;70%<\/p>\n<p>5min:&nbsp;80%-maxpuls<\/p>\n<p>2min: &gt;60%<\/p>\n<p>Jag har v&auml;ldigt snabb &aring;terh&auml;mtning som ni ser. Jag f&aring;r ner pulsen p&aring; minde &auml;n 1min, medans andra kanske beh&ouml;ver 3-4min. Det &auml;r individuellt och det &auml;r viktigt att ni f&aring;r ner pulsen innan ni &ouml;kar takten igen.
