Anledning till varf&ouml;r jag kallar den s&aring; &auml;r f&ouml;r att den &auml;r s&aring; brant och s&aring;&aring; h&aring;rd att man inte kan g&aring; rakt. Man m&aring;ste anv&auml;nda sig av h&auml;nderna till sin hj&auml;lp p&aring; vissa st&auml;llen. Varende steg &auml;r som om du g&aring;r i en riktigt brant trappa. Pulsen g&aring;r p&aring; max och det &auml;r grym tr&auml;ning! Jag gick upp och ner 2ggr och det blev 19min idag. N&auml;sta g&aring;ng ska jag sl&aring; den tiden!
