Jag &auml;lskar Pilates och dess lugnande effekt. Det &auml;r samtidigt jobbigt s&aring; det &auml;r en bra l&aring;gintensiv tr&auml;ning p&aring; morgonen. Inre muskler som starks och perfekt f&ouml;r stabilitet och h&aring;llningen.
