OJOJOJ vad jag k&ouml;rde! Jag pushade mig sj&auml;lv grymt h&aring;rt och var helt skakis efter&aring;t. B&auml;sta k&auml;nslan! Alltid efter gympass s&aring; ser jag till att f&aring; i mig energi efter&aring;t iform av protein och kolhydrater. Jag m&aring;ste ha ngt direkt efter. Och INGEN ska uppeh&aring;lla mig efter ett gympass d&aring; kan jag vara en aning otrevlig;) hehe. Ni som vet k&auml;nner s&auml;kert igen er. Man &auml;r hemsk efter tr&auml;ning innan mat. Sedan &aring;ker jag &auml;ven hem och lagar mat direkt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det kycklingbiffar (som jag kryddat med myntha,persilja,chilli,l&ouml;k,paprika,cayenne) med potatisklyftor.
