Det blev f&ouml;ljande:<\/p>\n<p><em>Kettlebell swing<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kraftlyft<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Jumplunges \/ S k&ouml;rde chins med vikt<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Reptile \/ S k&ouml;rde friv&auml;ndning<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>abglider<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Skidmaskinen<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>400m l&ouml;pning p&aring; 17km\/h<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det upprepades 4ggr med ca 2min vila mellan varje varv. Grymt effektivt och jag kan k&auml;nna rej&auml;lt i magen idag:)<\/p>\n<p>Nu blir det en f&ouml;rsenad morgonpromenad och sedan &aring;ker jag till skolan f&ouml;r plugg. Ikv&auml;ll blir det Framsida ben.
