J&auml;klar vad kul det &auml;r och helt sjukt vad jobbigt det &auml;r! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;Har pluggat hela dagen och t&auml;nkte snart g&aring; ut p&aring; en kv&auml;llspromenad. Min kropp beh&ouml;ver verkligen r&ouml;ra p&aring; sig f&ouml;r att varva ner. Jag har s&aring; himla mkt &ouml;verskottsenergi s&aring; ibland kan man undra hur jag skulle klara mig utan min tr&auml;ning. Skulle jag kl&auml;ttra p&aring; v&auml;ggarna d&aring;? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Vi gjorde f&ouml;r &ouml;vrigt ett j&auml;kla gott mellanm&aring;l idag best&aring;ende a bl&aring;b&auml;r, jordgubbsproteinpulver, 1\/2avocado, s&ouml;tningsmedel, kanel&nbsp;och kalorifritt chokladpulver. S&aring;&aring;&aring; gott! T&auml;nk er kladdkake smet fast en aning nyttigare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Hepp hepp, tillbaka till pluggandet:)<\/p>\n<p>KRAM p&aring; er!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej bloggen!
