Tills\u00e4tt lite sojamj\u00f6lk och en halvbanan. Dekorera med lite b\u00e4r.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><U><STRONG>Ananas yougurth med m\u00fcsli<\/STRONG><\/U><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>Ta tv\u00e5 glas och fyll dem med ca 1,5-2dl ananas yougurth. Fyll upp halva glaset med m\u00fcsli.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><U><STRONG>F\u00e4rsk frukt<\/STRONG><\/U><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>Skivade kiwis och f\u00e4rska jordgubbar i en sk\u00e5l.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><U><STRONG>\u00c4ggr\u00f6ra&nbsp;med tomat och avocado<\/STRONG><\/U><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>Ta \u00e4ggvita fr\u00e5n 4 \u00e4gg (2pers),lte vatten och salt och h\u00e4ll i en stekpanna. R\u00f6r sedan runt s\u00e5 det blir som en \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. Servera med tomater och avocado.
