D&aring; tog jag bilen upp i bergen f&ouml;r lite backtr&auml;ning. Det &auml;r ju helg s&aring; det var helt tyst och stilla i hela &#8221;staden&#8221;. Varje g&aring;ng jag kommer upp till mardr&ouml;ms-backen s&aring; &aring;ngrar jag mig. Det &auml;r s&aring; h&aring;rt! Det &auml;r s&aring; brant s&aring; att man knappt f&aring;r grepp n&auml;r man g&aring;r, och &aring; vissa st&auml;llen f&aring;r man n&auml;stan kl&auml;ttra. Det &auml;r riktigt bra pulstr&auml;ning vilket betyder att det &auml;r bra f&ouml;r hj&auml;rtat. Pulsen ligger runt 190-195 under 6min och sedan g&aring;r man ner. Jag brukar repetera detta 3ggr innan jag g&aring;r vidare. Totalt 40min blev det och jag var helt dyngsur.
