Ingen stress, fokusera p&aring; varenda repetition. K&auml;nna mig slut i muskeln samt n&ouml;jd med passet. Sedan fylla p&aring; med en shake och sedan k&ouml;ra cardio. Jag &auml;lskar min dagliga tid p&aring; gymmet! Det &auml;r den tid som jag ger till mig sj&auml;lv varje dag.
