Jag t&auml;nkte ber&auml;tta lite om hur detta fungerar.<\/p>\n<p>Fr&auml;mre magen best&aring;r enbart utav en muskel, dvs Rectus Abdominis (sexpacket). Den g&aring;r hela v&auml;gen fr&aring;n revbenen, enda ner till b&auml;ckenet. DET G&Aring;R INTE ATT BARA ISOLERA EN DEL AV EN OCH SAMMA MUSKEL. S&aring; att en viss &ouml;vning skulle vara enbart f&ouml;r &ouml;vre delen av magen och tv&auml;rtom &auml;r en myt. Sj&auml;lvklart kan det k&auml;nnas s&aring;, d&aring; det &auml;r bevisat att olika muskelfibrer i magmuskulaturen&nbsp;kan kontrahera olika mycket i olika &ouml;vningar, men det &auml;r inte m&ouml;jligt att rikta tillv&auml;xt i en enskild fiber p&aring; det s&auml;ttet. Du kan inte enbart tr&auml;na en del utav en muskelfiber.
