Dagens middag blev denna sallad. 30gr spenat, 120gr aubergine, 90gr zucchini, 0,5avocado, 70gr tomater, tillsammans med 140gr lax. Ni fr&aring;gar ofta om m&auml;ngder n&auml;r jag &auml;ter. Det &auml;r n&aring;got som l&auml;tt kan misstolkas om man inte har raka linjer f&ouml;r hur mkt man ska &auml;ta. En &#8221;normal&#8221; portionsstorlek uppfattas v&auml;ldigt olika.
