Vad tr&ouml;tt jag &auml;r idag! Har vila ifr&aring;n gymmet men hade t&auml;nkt k&ouml;ra lite cardio p&aring; morgonen. Kroppen k&auml;ndes s&aring; tung ifr&aring;n 3tim PW och baksidal&aring;r och axlar ig&aring;r s&aring; jag fick helt enkelt skippa det. Som jag sagt f&ouml;rut s&aring; &auml;r vilan minst lika viktig som tr&auml;ningen n&auml;r du vill se resultat. Man m&aring;ste lyssna p&aring; kroppen, &auml;ven om jag ibland skulle kunna tr&auml;na 3ggr om dagen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag in till skolan f&ouml;r lite plugg och sen l&auml;ngtar jag till eftermiddagen. Ska g&ouml;ra n&aring;got riktigt roligt som jag l&auml;ngtat efter s&aring; l&auml;nge!!<\/p>\n<p>Ska g&ouml;ra mig iordning nu.<\/p>\n<p>&Aring;terigen.
