Jag har ju som sagt delat upp Rysspasset i 2 och k&ouml;r numera bredd\/vidd en dag och tjocklek en annan. Idag var det tjocklek. Jag k&auml;nde mig riktigt stark idag. Min rygg har verkligen f&ouml;rb&auml;ttrats sedan i b&ouml;rjan p&aring; &aring;ret. Grym &ouml;vning tkr jag! Jag skapade &auml;ven mina egna &ouml;vningar idag.
