D&aring; &auml;r det super att kombinera med ett boxpass eller danspass. Timmen g&aring;r fort och du anv&auml;nder helt andra muskler och chockar kroppen. Flrut hade jag Thaiboxning varje onsd eller torsdag lunch och det gjorde susen f&ouml;r kroppen.
