Det g&aring;r snabbt, jag &auml;r helt svettig efter&aring;t och pulsen &auml;r p&aring; h&ouml;gintensivt under hela passets g&aring;ng. Jag brukar variera &ouml;vningar och tiden. Idag k&ouml;rde jag 4&ouml;vningar. 20sek tr&auml;ning 10sek vila x12 dvs jag k&ouml;rde dessa 4 &ouml;vningar i rad 4ggr. Jag b&ouml;rjade med att springa i 35min p&aring; mitt l&ouml;pband 11-12km\/h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dagens pass s&aring;g ut som f&ouml;ljande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mountain climber<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sumosquats med hantel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Burpees<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Statisk armh&auml;vning<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Detta pass tar totalt 30sekx12 dvs 6min. Men tro mig det &auml;r riktigt jobbigt! Jag kallar det explosivtr&auml;ning.
