T&auml;nkte k&ouml;ra lite armar ocks&aring;. Veckans tr&auml;ningsschema har blivit lite efter hur jag k&auml;nt eftersom jag inte kunnat f&ouml;lja mitt schema pga resor. Dagens schema best&auml;mmer jag mig f&ouml;r n&auml;r jag &auml;r p&aring; v&auml;g till gymmet:) Har lite nya &ouml;vningar in mind:)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/219448.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/219448.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den senaste m&aring;naden har jag sl&auml;ppt lite p&aring; vad allt vad struktur heter. Jag har &auml;tit vad jag k&auml;nt f&ouml;r, dvs br&ouml;d,godis osv. Det har blivit lite mkt glass och lite mkt middagar ute:) Jag har k&auml;nt att min kropp har beh&ouml;vt en liten paus. Detta har gett mig ny grym energi och jag har aldrig k&auml;nt mig starkare &auml;n nu. Underbart! V&aring;gen visar lite upp&aring;t och jag k&auml;nner mig inte lika fast i kroppen, men man m&aring;ste lyssna p&aring; sin kropp. &Auml;r din kropp van vid h&aring;rd tr&auml;ning s&aring; kommer du se resultat snabbt igen.
