Som jag n&auml;mnt tidigare s&aring; delar jag upp ryggpasset i 2 dgr. Ena dagen k&ouml;r jag vidd och andra tjocklek. Jag har velat l&auml;gga mkt fokus p&aring; ryggen d&aring; jag tidigare har tyckt att jag haft en liten &ouml;verkropp. Under 2 dgr s&aring; kan jag l&auml;gga in fler &ouml;vningar, men end&aring; l&aring;ta ryggen vila emellan, p&aring; latsen resp de mindre musklerna och p&aring; s&aring; s&auml;tt se snabbare resultat och f&ouml;rb&auml;ttringar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dagens pass kommer se ut som f&ouml;ljande:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Latsdrag&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chins fria (om klarar) resten Assisted&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Latsdrag, smalt omv&auml;nt grepp v-bar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hantel Pullover<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Efter det blir det mage. D&auml;r brukar jag superseta 2-3 mag&ouml;vningar.
