Jag ers\u00e4tter g\u00e4rna choklad,godis,chips och dylikt emot mor\u00f6tter,n\u00f6tter, frukt etc.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>H\u00e4r f\u00e5r ni ett litet favorit tips utav mig. Det \u00e4r stekta mandlar i soja. Supergott och superl\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra.<IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/21188.470x0.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Du k\u00f6per skalade mandlar och steker dem i olivolja. Man p\u00e5r passa upp f\u00f6r de blir snabbt br\u00e4nda. H\u00e4ll i lite soja och l\u00e5t det steka snabbt i sojan. L\u00e4gg mandlarna i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll i lite mer soja och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ett tag. Mandlarna suger d\u00e5 upp sojan och blir riktigt salta och goda.
