L&auml;gg till pyttelite vatten, s&aring; att du kan blanda pulvret till en tjock,kr&auml;mig s&aring;s. H&auml;ll ned 2-3droppar vaniljextrakt. Toppa med b&auml;ren (varma eller kalla) och lite kanel. MUMS!<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/228386.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2: Grapefrukt!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jag skalar den som en apelsin och pillar enbart ut k&ouml;ttet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag bara &auml;lskar grapefrukt. Som de flesta frukter &auml;r den rik p&aring; antioxidanter och den &auml;r &auml;ven en bra C-vitamink&auml;lla. Grapefrukt stillar s&ouml;tsuget bra tycker jag&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/228385.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3: Kiwi med linfr&ouml;n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>M&aring;nga &auml;r emot frukt och talar f&ouml;r att man inte ska ha frukt i sitt kostschema. Min kropp &auml;r ganska ok&auml;nslig f&ouml;r frukt dvs jag kan &auml;ta ganska stor m&auml;ngd frukt utan att k&auml;nna mig uppbl&aring;st eller vattenfylld.
