Idag t&auml;nkte jag k&ouml;ra lite tyngre &auml;n f&ouml;rra veckan (ni som f&ouml;ljer min blogg vet att jag kom ig&aring;ng f&ouml;rra veckan efter 2-3v vila.). Jag kommer fortfarande ligga p&aring; en lite l&auml;gre % av maxvikt &auml;n vad jag normalt ligger p&aring; n&auml;r jag k&ouml;r lite tyngre. Jag kommer ha lite kortare pauser &auml;n f&ouml;rra veckan, samt superseta &#8221;tyngre &ouml;vningar&#8221; med egen kroppsvikt &ouml;vningar f&ouml;r att f&aring; ut det sista jag har. Ett exempel kan vara utfall i smithen superset med stepup p&aring; b&auml;nk.
