Man kan bara ta med sig dem p&aring; v&auml;gen till jobbet:) F&ouml;r mig blev det iaf 4st utav dem idag:) F&ouml;r 1st: 56kcal, 6,5gr protein, 5,8gr kolh, 0,73gr fett \ud83d\ude42 Jag tog 4st idag. Man kan justera v&auml;rderna lite genom att skippa kesella, ta bprt barnmaten (som g&ouml;r den saftig) som &auml;r ca 30gr kolh f&ouml;r hela satsen 12bitar, samt ers&auml;tta med laktosfrimj&ouml;lk osv. Det beror p&aring; vad man &auml;r ute efter:)<\/p>\n<p>Vilket h&auml;rligt v&auml;der!
