Det &auml;r n&aring;got alla PTs borde ta en kurs i, hur man stretchar sin klient ordentligt. Jag har g&aring;tt en kurs som Kristian Berg h&aring;ller p&aring; PT-Skolan i Sthlm.&nbsp;Kristian Berg &auml;r naprapat och driver en egen praktik i Stockholm. Han &auml;r ocks&aring; l&auml;rare i anatomi och muskeltr&auml;ning och har skrivit flertal b&ouml;cker. Utbildningen innefattar mycket teoridel som tar upp muskelfysiologi och ledernas anatomi och funktion. H&auml;r beskrivs ocks&aring; vad som sker vid inaktivitet samt varf&ouml;r och hur man stretchar.
