Du m&aring;ste inte vara i toppform f&ouml;r att tr&auml;na med oss. Tr&auml;ningen &auml;r tuff, men den &auml;r samtidigt anpassad efter deltagarna. Tr&auml;ningen best&aring;r utav olika styrke och konditionsmoment. M&ouml;jlighet f&ouml;r morgon eller kv&auml;llscamp finns.
