Nu &auml;r det dags f&ouml;r axlar. Jag har b&ouml;rjat komma ig&aring;ng lite f&ouml;rsiktigt med &ouml;verkroppen nu. F&ouml;rsta axelpasset k&ouml;rde jag f&ouml;rra veckan och nu &auml;r det dags f&ouml;r axelpass nr 2:) Ska bli riktigt h&auml;rligt. Jag k&auml;nner mig s&aring; smal p&aring; &ouml;verkroppen och k&auml;nns som om jag har v&auml;rldens spagettiarmar s&aring; jag l&auml;ngtar att f&aring; komma ig&aring;ng ordentligt och komma tillbaka till vanliga vikter:) Det viktiga &auml;r att man inte stressar ig&aring;ng utan l&aring;ter det ta sin tid.
