N&auml;r jag springer s&aring; varierar jag alltid passet. Det kan vara l&aring;ngdistans, sprint, intervaller, tekniktr&auml;ning, etc. Idag blev det korta snabba intervaller &aacute; 20m. Jag spurtade 20meter, joggade 20meter, spurtade 20meter osv under 15min. Sedan avslutade jag med en l&aring;ng seg backe f&ouml;r att verkligen tr&ouml;tta ut.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Passet s&aring;g ut som f&ouml;ljande:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>10min uppv&auml;rmning ca 60% av maxpuls (115-120)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>15min snabba intervaller &aacute; 20m ca 85-90% av maxpuls(170-188)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5min l&aring;ng seg backe 70% av maxpuls (130-140)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Totalt 30min och ca 5km.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rolig runda!
