Med mig handlar det oftast om att jag k&auml;nner att jag vill ha mer muskler eller k&auml;nna mig mindre svullen. &nbsp;Jag &ouml;nskar att jag inte vore s&aring; fixerad av min kropp, men det &auml;r mkt fokus p&aring; den d&aring; jag jobbar och lever f&ouml;r tr&auml;ning och kost.
