Det &auml;r Dec om 2v! Sen &auml;r det nytt &aring;r! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag &auml;lskar mina morgonstunder som ni vet. Det verkar som om kylan b&ouml;rjar visa sig, d&aring; jag har hela 5st avbok idag! Det passade faktiskt mig utm&auml;rkt d&aring; jag k&auml;nner mig lite d&aring;lig sj&auml;lv. Sitter h&auml;r och f&aring;r i min en stoor frukost innan jag ska s&auml;tta ig&aring;ng dagen, En god protein smoothie gjord p&aring; laktosfri yogurth,b&auml;r,proteinpulver och kokos. Ett stort glas multivitamin, alla vitaminer och massa br&ouml;d med kalkon:) Mums! Samtidigt sitter jag och filar p&aring; en av mina klienters &aring;rsplanering kommande &aring;r. Det &auml;r viktigt att ha m&aring;l och en planering med sin tr&auml;ning. Hans m&aring;l &auml;r Sprint 100m.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hade t&auml;nkt k&ouml;ra armar idag, men pga halsont s&aring; f&aring;r jag ta en vila.
