Jag &auml;ter det som passar JUST MIG. F&ouml;r n&aring;gon annan kanske det inte alls passar. Jag har k&ouml;rt en h&ouml;g kolhydratskost i ca 2m&aring;n nu och i s&ouml;ndags b&ouml;rjade jag ett nytt &#8221;kostschema&#8221;. Jag gillar inte att skriva ner exakt hur jag ska &auml;ta, utan g&aring;r p&aring; k&auml;nsla. F&ouml;rs&ouml;ker &auml;ta var 3e timme. H&ouml;gt p&aring; protein, medelfett,l&aring;gt kolhydratskost. Det fungerar f&ouml;r mig. N&aring;gra kan inte g&aring; l&aring;gt p&aring; kolhydrater f&ouml;r de k&auml;nner sig tr&ouml;tta. Hitta ER livsstil. Testa er fram.
