Idag st&aring;r det rygg p&aring; schemat. Fick riktigt mkt extra motivation fr&aring;n ig&aring;r. K&ouml;pte &auml;ven lite nya tillskott och d&aring; blir man alltid extra laddad. Hihi. Har inte riktigt n&aring;gra prioriteringspass just nu utan k&ouml;r igenom hela kroppen varje vecka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1Benpass<\/p>\n<p>1Ryggpass<\/p>\n<p>1axelpass<\/p>\n<p>1armpass<\/p>\n<p>I v&aring;ras delade jag upp benen i 2pass och &auml;ven ryggen samt k&ouml;rde axlar 2dgr men just nu k&ouml;r jag ett annat uppl&auml;gg som g&aring;r ut p&aring; mkt mj&ouml;lksyratr&auml;ning. Det k&auml;nns som det tar riktigt bra p&aring; mig just nu men har bara k&ouml;rt det i 1v s&aring; kan inte s&auml;ga s&aring; mkt &auml;nnu:)<\/p>\n<p>Dagens ryggpass kommer jag l&auml;gga mkt fokus p&aring; tjocklek och l&auml;ndryggen (som ni vet att jag jobbar mkt med att st&auml;rka upp).<\/p>\n<p>Skriver om passet sen:) Ska k&ouml;ra p&aring; B&auml;sta Najaden.
