Vilket ryggpass jag hade idag. Kunde knappt g&aring; mellan &ouml;vningarna pga s&aring;nt tryck i l&auml;ndryggen. Jag har gjort ordentliga &ouml;kningar i marklyft p&aring; senaste! Jag har verkligen jobbat med att st&auml;rka upp l&auml;ndryggen med hj&auml;lp av enarms&ouml;vningar och rygg&ouml;vningar d&auml;r l&auml;ndryggstyrkan &auml;r ett m&aring;ste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dagens pass:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Chins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Latsdrag<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bellyback<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Marklyft St&aring;ngrodd<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hantelrodd<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nu blir det middag. Jag t&auml;nkte steka k&ouml;ttf&auml;rs med gr&ouml;nsaker. Mums! &Auml;r superhungrig &auml;ven om jag f&aring;tt i mig b&aring;de BCAA, riskakor och Proteindrink efter passet.
