Det blir armar idag med fokus p&aring; Triceps. Gymmet &auml;r avkoppling f&ouml;r mig. Efter en l&aring;ng dag med massa jobb s&aring; finns det inget b&auml;ttre att s&auml;tta p&aring; sig sina tr&auml;ningskl&auml;der och fokusera bara p&aring; sig sj&auml;lv. &Auml;r ju p&aring; Balance hela dagarna och har kunder men det &auml;r just det att ALLT fokus &auml;r p&aring; en sj&auml;lv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gl&ouml;m inte att DET &Auml;R BARA DU som kan skapa ditt liv. Det finns bara 2m&aring;sten i livet och det &auml;r att f&ouml;das och att d&ouml;.<\/strong> ALLT annat kan vi sj&auml;lva p&aring;verka beroende p&aring; vilken v&auml;g vi v&auml;ljer att ta, samt hur vi v&auml;ljer att handla i alla de olika situationer.
