Som jag l&auml;ngtat!!! \ud83d\ude42 Ska k&ouml;ra samma killer pass som jag k&ouml;rde i fredags. Jag g&ouml;r giant set med 3framsida &ouml;vningar och sedan 3bakside &ouml;vningar. Idag l&auml;gger jag dock fokus p&aring; baksida s&aring; jag b&ouml;rjar med det:) Sista &ouml;vningen i giant setet k&ouml;r jag lite l&auml;ttare (eller ingen vikt alls) och h&ouml;grepsar 25-30reps.
