Allt f\u00f6r att slippa hamna i en situation d\u00e4r jag inte har mat f\u00e4rdig och tvingas k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 en n\u00f6dl\u00f6sning. Men planering s\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla sina rutiner och kostschema. Nu \u00e4r det inte precis som s\u00e5 att jag n\u00e5gonsin blir hungrig, s\u00e5 mkt som jag \u00e4ter under denna period. Jag \u00e4ter mycket kolhydrater och ofta och n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta m\u00e5ltid har jag inte riktigt hunnit blivit hungrig:) Men end\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt hj\u00e4lpsamt att ha mat f\u00e4rdig f\u00f6r att undvika att rutiner bryts. S\u00e5 handla stora m\u00e4ngder, planera veckans m\u00e5ltider.
