Det \u00e4r viktigt att vila och l\u00e5ta kroppen \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig. Lika viktigt som det \u00e4r med s\u00f6mn:) Idag \u00e4r det full rulle med klienter. Sen tar jag l\u00e5ng helg t\u00e4nkte jag:)<\/p>\n<p>Sitter och dricker min celsius och ska snart ha min \u00e4ldsta klient. 86\u00e5r \u00e4r hon. F\u00f6rra veckan var ju lite tuff f\u00f6r hade \u00f6kat 1,5kg(!) men samtidigt minskat 0.5-1cm p\u00e5 alla st\u00e4llen den veckan s\u00e5 det lugnade lite. Ibland \u00e4r det uppf\u00f6rsbacke och f\u00f6rra veckan var verkligen uppf\u00f6rsbacke f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag(jag tjuvv\u00e4gde mig imorse) tappat 0.7kg sedan f\u00f6rra veckan hittills och den h\u00e4r veckan har jag k\u00e4nt mig hyffsat bra i kroppen. Tror det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r min vecka snart s\u00e5 f\u00e5r se hur m\u00e5tten visar imorgon. Jag \u00e4lskar att m\u00e4ta och se minskningar\/\u00f6kningar, det peppar en.
