Orkade inte b\u00e4ra upp mig sj\u00e4lv:D<\/p>\n<p>Ryggpasset blev intensivt idag, och k\u00f6rde intervaller p\u00e5 det. Det \u00e4r roligt f\u00f6r f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret kunde jag k\u00f6ra ca 1-2timmar cardio varje dag. Och nu k\u00f6r jag knappt n\u00e5gonting, end\u00e5 har jag aldrig varit s\u00e5 n\u00f6jd med min kropp och de resultat detta \u00e5r har gett hittills som nu:) Kommer l\u00e4gga in lite cardio efter som nu innan sommaren. Jag har verkligen sparat massa tid p\u00e5 att enbart fokusera p\u00e5 styrketr\u00e4ningen:)<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5 glad ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r mina ben b\u00f6rjar sl\u00e4ppa lite. Det har varit mitt st\u00f6rsta problem. Min \u00f6verkropp h\u00e5rdnar till l\u00e4ttare och mina ben h\u00e5ller kvar allt fett. Ganska vanligt problem vi tjejer har.
