Om du inte planerar bra som kommer du med stor sannolikhet missa en m\u00e5ltid, f\u00e5 s\u00f6tsug, hinna bli hungrig innan n\u00e4sta m\u00e5ltid och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt \u00e4ta det som kommer din v\u00e4g. Med planering och matl\u00e5dor f\u00e4rdiga att \u00e4tas s\u00e5 minskar risken f\u00f6r hinder p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags s\u00e5 \u00e4r maten klar (beh\u00f6ver bara v\u00e4rmas) och mindre chans f\u00f6r att n\u00e5got frestar dig under tiden:)<\/p>\n<p>Morgondagens (ibland g\u00f6r jag f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 dagar) matl\u00e5dor blir torsk med mynta,basilika,chilli och purjol\u00f6k. Tog lite vad som fanns h\u00e4r hemma. \u00c4r dock lite orolig f\u00f6r att chillin legat f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge och blivit alldeles f\u00f6r stark. Det visar sig imorgon:) Riset \u00e4r klart och fisken i ugnen.
