Lyckades bryta tv\u00e5 naglar ig\u00e5r p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 ska \u00e4ven fixa dem i eftermiddag. Idag \u00e4r det vila som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 schemat. Och imorn ska jag fylla p\u00e5 med lite mat. Har g\u00e5tt 4dgr p\u00e5 nya kostschemat nu och det k\u00e4nns riktigt bra. Jag ligger lite h\u00f6gre p\u00e5 fettk\u00e4llor (n\u00f6tter,avocado,omega3,k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs,lax) och l\u00e4gre p\u00e5 kolhydrater. Jag k\u00e4nner mig pigg och n\u00f6jd och hittills k\u00e4nns det som om detta passar mig bra:) Har inte best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r om jag bara ska fylla p\u00e5 med kvalitet (ris,br\u00f6d,etc) eller om jag ska \u00e4ta godis ocks\u00e5.
