Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker nu att \u00e4gna minst 5min morgon OCH kv\u00e4ll \u00e5t n\u00e5gonform utav avslappning. Det kan vara enbart andning, stretch,yoga,pilates etc. F\u00e5r en ner i varv p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen men \u00c4VEN ett perfekt start att starta dagen p\u00e5. Hur stressad du \u00e4n \u00e4r s\u00e5 hinner du \u00e5tminstone starta dagen med 10 ordentliga djupa andetag. Jag brukar blanda pilates, stretch och yoga allt i ett. Tar alla favorit\u00f6vningar fr\u00e5n olika tr\u00e4ningsformer.
